COKinkCARE provides education resources and a secure mechanism for submitting reports about consent violations or safety concerns in Colorado kink and adjacent communities.

This site is not a law enforcement agency, crisis hotline, or emergency response service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site.

When submitting a report, you agree that:

• You will provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and submitted in good faith.
• You will not use the report form to harass, threaten, or retaliate against others.
• You will not submit knowingly false allegations or impersonate someone else.
• You will share only what you feel safe sharing, and avoid including unnecessary sensitive data.

We may be unable to investigate or follow up on anonymous reports, but anonymous submissions can still help identify patterns and inform safety work.

Reports are reviewed within the accountability process and may be assigned to trained investigators with conflict screening. We do not guarantee a particular outcome, response time, or action. We may decline to proceed on a report for reasons including insufficient information, conflicts, safety considerations, or lack of jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access reports, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to access.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or bypass security measures.
• Upload malware or attempt to disrupt site operation.
• Scrape or harvest personal information from the site.
• Use the site in a way that violates applicable laws.

Articles and site content are owned by their respective authors or COKinkCARE, unless stated otherwise. You may share links to public pages. You may not republish substantial portions without permission.
